•  Please arrive promptly for your scheduled appointment time
• If you arrive early, please message me and I will try to accommodate you where possible
• Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time as I may be with another client and unable to answer the door
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time

• Will be sent via email or WhatsApp the day before your treatment

• A 20% discount is offered to new clients on the purchase of their first treatment
• Gift purchases for another person are not eligible for this discount

•  There is a driveway to the side of the house please feel free to park there if you are travelling by car
• There is also on-street parking available should the driveway be unavailable

• If you have any health or medical conditions, including allergies, which may prevent you having a treatment please contact me to discuss before booking
• For your health and safety, you agree to disclose any health conditions/allergies during the consultation process

• Payment can be made in cash or via a payment link
• Payment can be done before you arrive or while you are here after the treatment
• If you would like to pay by payment link before arriving, please let me know and I will email the link over to you.

• If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please give me as much notice as possible
• If you regularly cancel/reschedule appointments I may request a 50% booking fee which is non-refundable if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice

Are available to purchase, you can either select the treatment you would like to gift or you can purchase a voucher for a certain value that can then be put towards the cost of a treatment, these are available in the following values: £35, £45, £55, £65, £75 or £85.

• Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase 
• Gift vouchers cannot be refunded, or redeemed the after the expiry date
• Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for monetary value
• Gift vouchers are not eligible for discounts associated with special offers, full treatment price must be purchased
• Gift vouchers will be sent as e-vouchers via email
• Hard copy vouchers are also available to purchase for collection from the business address or can be delivered if within a 2-mile radius of the business address (must be agreed prior to voucher being purchased)
