Hi, I'm Emma, a Holistic Therapist based in Broxbourne, Hertfordshire.

After many years working for other people helping to run their businesses, I realised that I was the one who was always stressed, running around and never had anytime to look after myself. I began to think about the way we live our lives and decided that life was too short to be doing something I didn't love everyday. 

I started to realise the impact that stress can have on the body and how important it is to take time out to relax, to allow our bodies the time and space to reset. This took me on a journey and as a result Natural Touch Holistic Therapies was born!

It is my mission to help busy people take a step back from the pressures of everyday life, to allow themselves the time and space to relax and be transported to a state of peace, calm and tranquillity.

I offer a range of treatments for the mind, body and soul, from Reflexology, Indian Head Massage and Body Massage to Reiki and Crystal Healing. I will also be launching monthly Meditation groups in the near future.

Seeing the change that treatments make to my clients wellbeing is my biggest source of joy and I feel incredibly lucky to be able to help.
